They came out when another  company  couldn't  do.. finished  the job in 2 hours that took the other company  a month  and a half and still no clue.. I have since had them out to adjust and fix my system after a retaining wall installation. SIS was prompt in all communications and were reasonably priced. On time, on budget, installation was perfect and cleaned up when they were done, couldn't even tell they were there ! Will have them do all of my irrigation work on my lawn. They are very prompt and professional, and what I most like about them is the knowledge of the service techs, they know these sprinkler systems from top to bottom and are very good at teaching the homeowners how to get the best watering routine set up for their yard. There has been nothing that they couldn't tackle at my personal home or the business that I work for.  The communication is great through the whole process.  I have had to call into the office and speak with office help and they are always friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can.
