What’s Included?
1. Spring Turn-On Service
- Activate and pressurize your sprinkler system
- Check for leaks, clogs, and inefficiencies
- Test and adjust sprinkler heads, valves, and controllers
- Program watering schedules based on your preferences and landscape needs
2. Mid-Summer System Checkup
- Inspect the entire system for performance issues
- Test water pressure and adjust for optimal coverage
- Identify and address leaks or malfunctioning components
- Reprogram controllers as needed
3. Winterization Service
- Shut down and drain the system to prevent freezing
- Remove water from pipes and sprinkler heads using compressed air
- Inspect and store critical components safely for winter
- Ensure your system is fully prepared for cold weather
Scheduling & Terms
- Recommended to schedule all services at the time of contract signing.
- Homeowners are responsible for protecting their systems in extreme weather conditions.
- Payments are due at the time of service, with late fees applied for balances over 30 days.
- Contracts expire December 31 and must be renewed annually.
